Empowered is a mid-tempo dance song by Israeli singer-songwriter Avraham Tal, known for his extensive use of electronic elements in his music. It enjoyed huge success when released in 2010, and has remained very popular in Israel ever since. The lyrics are about the ups and downs in life and how obstacles make us stronger and more prepared to face the world. This arrangement includes a sax solo which can be performed as written, or can be improvised (chord symbols are indicated above the solo). In addition to the standard jazz ensemble instrumentation, this arrangement also comes with optional parts for flute, clarinet, horn and tuba (included in the price).
